We manage to keep costs low by remaining volunteer based and by partnering and receiving most of our talent, food, services, and locations donated at no cost. However not all aspect of every event can be covered and costs of needed supplies are quite high with inflation and post pandemic prices. For instance, even with our "discounted" prices from distributors, to feed a group of 100 patrons of our community, with table clothes, plates, cups, utensils, to-go containers, beverages, food and dessert, we estimate costs at about $1000.
